Your data rights, explained plainly.

Last updated: May 22, 2026

The short version: Glass Continuum does not sell your personal information. We never have. We collect only what you give us directly, we use it only to serve you, and we don't share it with third parties for profit. If you'd like us to delete your data or confirm what we have, use the form below.

What "Do Not Sell" Means

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws, you have the right to direct any business that collects your personal information not to sell it to third parties. This right applies regardless of where you live.

Glass Continuum is a Nashville-based nonprofit. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties for their commercial purposes. This page exists to make that commitment explicit and to give you a clear channel to exercise your rights.
