Glass Recycling
We accept most household and commercial glass: bottles, jars, drinkware, and window glass. We do not accept mirrors, ceramics, Pyrex, light bulbs, or glass with heavy coatings (like leaded crystal). When in doubt, ask us.
No. We handle all sorting and processing at our facility. Just make sure the glass is reasonably clean (a quick rinse is fine) and free of caps, corks, and lids.
We crush it into sustainable materials: construction-grade sand, landscaping cullet, and custom-colored aggregates. These go directly to Nashville-area builders, landscapers, and artists. Nothing leaves the region and nothing goes to a landfill.
Most Nashville curbside programs either reject glass outright or send it to facilities that aren't equipped to process it properly. Much of it ends up hauled 250 miles to Atlanta or quietly landfilled. Glass Continuum processes everything locally, keeping the material and the economic value in Nashville.
Residential Pickup
We currently serve the greater Nashville area. We're expanding route by route based on subscriber density. Sign up and enter your zip code so we can prioritize your neighborhood.
Choose a plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). We provide a collection bucket. You fill it with clean glass, set it out on your scheduled pickup day, and we handle the rest. Higher-tier plans include more buckets and bulk haul service.
Plans start at $25/month for one bucket with monthly pickup. Quarterly ($70), semi-annual ($130), and annual ($220) plans include more buckets and better per-month value. See all options on our pickup page.
Yes. Contact us and we'll adjust or cancel your plan. Prepaid plans are non-refundable but can be transferred to another household in our service area.

Yes. Glass Continuum is a Nashville-based nonprofit founded by Leslie Near. Our dual mission is diverting glass from the waste stream and creating inclusive employment for people who face systemic barriers to the workforce.
